Greenbrier Chevrolet has consistently provided poor service, and if I had any other option, I wouldn’t return. Shortly after purchasing my truck, I noticed a shuddering issue. When I took it to their service department, they dismissed my concerns, saying it was just my tires. Over time, the shuddering worsened, and I was eventually told I needed a new transmission. However, they also claimed that since the truck wasn’t throwing any codes, there was nothing they could do. Frustrated, I took my truck to another mechanic, who found that General Motors had issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for this exact issue. The TSB outlines the correct procedure for diagnosing and fixing the problem, which includes changing the transmission fluid as a first step. When I returned to Greenbrier Chevrolet to have this done, they refused, saying they didn’t have the necessary fluid in stock. Every time I’ve dealt with them, it’s been nothing but excuses and a lack of accountability. Their refusal to follow manufacturer guidelines and properly address issues is completely unacceptable. Because of their poor service and unwillingness to resolve problems, any future business or referrals to Greenbrier Chevrolet have been seriously jeopardized.

Rude, didn’t listen to what I had to say, I told them multiple times that I was having an issue said nothing wrong with it. Then didn’t add it to the notes. Called and they were rude as hell!

Austin, I don't understand the where the rudeness is coming from. You have called and used extreme profanity and name calling to our BDC, Service advisors, and myself the service manager. At that point we were going to ask you to come not return here again but I wanted to give you one more chance. We have been patient and asked you to come back to handle the tailgate issue that you did not tell us about - you did not show up for the appointment.
