Austin, I don't understand the where the rudeness is coming from. You have called and used extreme profanity and name calling to our BDC, Service advisors, and myself the service manager. At that point we were going to ask you to come not return here again but I wanted to give you one more chance. We have been patient and asked you to come back to handle the tailgate issue that you did not tell us about - you did not show up for the appointment. At this point the disconnect is too strong between us and you so it is within your best interest you take your business elsewhere. Thank you and good luck. Dane Petersen Service Manager
