The bumper on the truck got scratched. The cover I had installed isn’t square. I called the salesperson I purchased the vehicle through Tracie Wilmer and sent her pictures of the issues to pass on to the service department.

Service was completed quickly. A tire rotation was one of the services; however tires were not reset to the manufacturers recommended pressures.

I stopped in to see what I was to do about my vehicle needing a oil change with me working 8am until 4pm. I just happen to get off at 3pm yesterday. The service man asked me for my keys and the next thing I knew my oil was changed and tires rotated. My next surprise was no charge. This is a new vehicle and that was my last free oil change. That just made my day!!!
